Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Pro plans (Client and Worker) come with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and will not be charged.
What is the 15% platform commission?
On every completed job, we deduct a 15% fee from the total job value. This covers payment processing, escrow protection, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. There are no other hidden fees.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on Pro and Elite plans. Enterprise clients can request custom annual agreements with additional perks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfers for Enterprise clients, and PayPal for international users.
Are worker membership fees tax deductible?
In most cases, yes. Worker membership fees can typically be claimed as a business expense. We provide annual tax receipts for all paid memberships.
